摘　　要：目的:探讨精神科护理人员的心理健康状况及改善措施。方法:对某精神专科医院护理人员进行临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)的评定,并与国内常模进行比较。结果:精神科护士SCL-90在总分、躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等因子分与常模相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:精神科护士存在明显心理问题。Objective：To study the psychiatric nurses′ mental health status and improvement measures.Methods：A psychiatric hospital staff nurses for clinical symptom assessment scale（SCL-90） assessment,and domestic and Chang Mo were compared.Results：There were significant difference for psychiatric nurses SCL-90 in total,somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,fear and other factor score compared with Chang Mo has（P0.05~P0.01）.Conclusion：The psychiatric nurses have obvious psychological problems.
