摘　　要：近年来,大量少数民族新生代农民工进城务工,但由于其人力资本匮乏造成自我发展和社会流动受到制约。对少数民族新生代农民工调查发现,其在教育培训的目的、内容、费用、意愿和方式等方面表现出明显特征,其培训需求受到主观心理、经济收入、社会关系网等个体因素和教育培训社会供给不足的影响。In recent years,a great number of the new generation migrant workers of minority nationalities go to work in city.However,their development and social mobility are restricted because of the lack of human capital.The investigations on the new generation migrant workers of minority nationalities in Kunming found that they have obvious characteristics in objective,content,costs,willingness and styles of education and training,and may be influenced by some individual factors such as subjective psychological,income,social relations net,and inadequate social supply of education and training.
