新型农民培育的主体弱位及对策

摘　　要：农民是新型农民培育的主体。当前新型农民培育过程中,农民主体弱位。强化农民新型农民培育主体地位,必须注重组织引领,培育主体意识;坚持以人为本,加强教育培训;搭建活动平台,提高培育能力;完善激励机制,增强培育动力。Farmers should be the leading roles in new-type farmer cultivation. However, their positon is weakened. To highlight farmers＇ leading roles, much attention should be paid to organizational guidance and educational training which focuses on people first. We should provide more active platforms to enhance fostering capability. At the same time, incentive mechanism must be perfected to increase motive power.
