摘　　要：差速器是煤炭运输车辆等行走机械传动系统的重要组成部分。采用卧式四面双工位组合机床对差速器壳的十字轴孔进行加工,多工位四立柱夹具配合双头专用镗头完成十字轴孔的钻、镗复合工序,解决了差速器壳4个十字轴孔相互间同轴度和垂直度难以保证的问题。The differential is the important part of mechanical transmission in coal transportation vehicles. The cross shaft hole of a differential case is processed on the horizontal four-direction duplex combination machine. The multi-station four columns fixture and the double-head special boring head can complete the complex process of drilling and boring on the cross axis holes. It Solves the problem which the concentricity and verticality of four cross axle hole on the differential case is difficult to be guaranteed.
