Ki-67、C-erbB-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨Ki-67和C-erbB-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与各临床病理因素的相关性。方法:用免疫组化方法检测144例乳腺癌组织中Ki-67和C-erbB-2的表达,并与临床病理因素进行相关性分析。结果:Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率为69.4%(100/144),且与乳腺癌临床分期有关(P=0.000),而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移状况无明显关系(P>0.05);C-erbB-2在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率为52.1%(75/144),且与乳腺癌肿瘤临床分期(P=0.003)及淋巴结转移(P=0.000)有关,与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无明显关系(P>0.05);Ki-67表达与C-erbB-2表达有关(P=0.001)。结论:Ki-67与C-erbB-2阳性表达可作为评价乳腺癌发生、发展的生物学指标,有助于乳腺癌预后的判断。Objective：To observe the expression of Ki-67 and C-erbB-2 in the sample of breast cancer and its relationship with the histologic or clinical parameters.Methods：The expression of Ki-67 and C-erbB-2 in 114 cases of the breast carcinomas with the immunohistochemical technique were examined.Analyzed the relationship with Ki-67,C-erbB-2 and the histologic or clinical parameters.Results：The positive rate of Ki-67 was 69.4%（100/144）.The expression of Ki-67 was related with the clinical stages of tumor（P=0.000）,but not with age,tumor size and lymph node status（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of C-erbB-2 was 52.1%（75/144）.The expression of C-erbB-2 was related with the clinical stages of tumor（P=0.003） and lymph node status（P=0.000）,but not with age and tumor size（P〈0.05）.In addition,the expression of Ki-76 had a positive correlation with the expressions of C-erbB-2（P=0.001）.Conclusion：The expression of Ki-67 and C-erbB-2 is an objective biological marker for estimating the occurrence and progression of breast cancer,which was a guidance for preoperative.
