摘　　要：以物联网作为技术模型,以RFID技术为依托,以当前比较完善的高等院校办公自动化网络为载体,针对目前高等院校教科研等公共资源进行管理模式的设计,以国家示范建设项目"绍兴市公共实训基地"为对象,在管理平台、组织结构、数据采集终端、网络建设等方面进行了研究和探讨,为基地管理体系建设提供了建设依据和模型。A novel management model would be built based on the theory of Internet of Things, and the technology is coming from the RFID. Furthermore, a completed network of Office Automation has been prepared for the novel model＇s building. Then in this paper, it takes many constructive ideas into the model research, and those ideas would be applied in the Management platform, Organization Structure, Data Collection Terminal, network constructing and so on.
