摘　　要：多种因素可以影响乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检技术的临床推广应用。首先,医疗技术进步的阶段性成果决定了SLNB不能短期内普及;其次,专业技术人才素质的良莠不齐不利于SLNB的普及;第三,社会人文因素对SLNB普及的制约;第四,医患关系的不和谐对开展SLNB的负面影响。提出了解决措施,为临床推广应用SLNB治疗乳腺癌提供了方法论。Muhifactors influence the clinical application of the sentinel lymph node biopsy （ SLNB ） of breast cancer. This article discuss some factors influencing to spread and exploitation of the technic of the sentinel lymph node biopsy for the patients with breast cancer in our country, fron four aspects. Firstly, a good clinical technologi- cal innovation used widely needs long time; Secondly, experts master the technique need more training time. Thirdly, improving social humane environment need long time and limit the utility of the technique. Finally, the disharmony between the patients and doctor put a negative attitude on the application of SLNB..
