摘　　要：从医学伦理学角度出发,分析妊娠期糖尿病合并牙周病患者牙周治疗常被忽视的原因主要有:孕妇对妊娠期的疾病治疗存在错误的观念;临床医师对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇合并牙周病的认识不足。针对这类患者牙周治疗的医德要求包括:临床医师要对妊娠期糖尿病合并牙周病有正确的认识;正确处理与协调医患关系和科室间协作;最后正确选择牙周治疗方法的伦理道德观。The author of this paper analysis, from the perspective of medical ethics, of the main reasons that treatment of periodontal is often overlooked for the woman suffered with gestational diabetes and periodontal disease during during pregnancy. Firstly, there is a misconception the pregnant women for treatment of the disease during pregnancy; secondly, clinicians lacks of sufficient awareness for the periodontal disease associated with gestational diabetes during pregnancy. For these patients, the medical ethics requirements of periodontal disease treatment is that clinicians should have a correct understanding for gestational diabetes and periodontal disease in the period of pregnancy ; correct handling and coordination of doctor - patient relationship and collaboration between departments finally, correct choice of ethical and morality view for periodontal treatment.
