摘 要:为了解天津市医学生人文素质现状,随机抽取219名三所市属高等医学院校的临床医学专业学生为样本,采用自编"医学生人文素质问卷"进行调查。调查内容涉及人文知识素养、价值观与职业道德感,并通过对医学人文类课程的印象调查,对现代医学教育模式下的人文素质培养现状进行分析。结果显示,目前天津市医学生知识结构与社会关注角度存在偏倚、价值取向功利化,对医学人文类课程的满意度不高,重专业轻人文现象突出,学习效果不明显。高校应转变医学教育理念,重视对医学生的人文素质教育,从教学模式、教师队伍和学校人文环境等方面提升医学人文教学质量。219 clinical medical students of three high class medical colleges were drawn as a sample at random in order to investigate the status of medical students 's humanistic quality in Tianjin. A self - designed " medical students thumanistic quality questionnaire" was used involving humanity knowledge quality, values and vocational moral sense. Students' impressions on medical humanities courses were also surveyed, by which a analysis on humanistic education status in modern medical environment was made. The results showed that there is a bias between medical students'knowledge structure and social concern angle, and that students'svalue orientation is with obvious utilitarian tendency. Students'low level of satisfaction on medical humanities course and they paid much more attention to medical science than the humanities and their learning effects were not good were also indicated in this investigation. Thus, medical colleges and universities should change medical education idea, emphasize the importance of the humanistic education on medical students, and improve the quality of medical humanistic education from three aspects: teaching mode, teaching staff and humanities environment of the universities.
