摘　　要：我国民族传统体育志历经2 000多年修志历史的传统文化沉淀,由旧志—新志—体育志—民族传统体育志,发展成为以民族传统体育事项为主体的体育专门志。在各个历史时期的社会制度更替中,特别是社会主义现代化建设的新时代,民族传统体育志充分发挥着"存史、教化、资政"等方面的价值与诉求。民族传统体育志发展取得辉煌成绩的同时,存在成果数量偏少、编纂时间太长,体例编纂不规范、篇目设置难度大,发展阶段不清晰、体现规律效果差,资料存真求实、史料多元不足,机构设置不全、编纂人才缺乏,理论研究滞后、决策咨询率低等制约其可持续发展的困境。Chinese traditional ethnic sports chronicles has become a special sports chronicle with traditional ethnic sports matters as the subject, after a cultural deposition with over 2 000 years of emending chronicles history, following the route of the old-- new--traditional ethnic sports chronicles. It has fully shown the values and appeals of ＂preserving history, enlightening and assisting the country＂ in the social system changes of all history periods, especially in the new era of socialist modernization construction. With great success, however, there are still such problems as less production, long compilation time, nonstandard compilation style, the difficulty in catalog setting, poor effects of reflecting rules, the incomplete setting of organization, the shortage of compilation talents as well as the lag of theoretical study and low rates of decision and consultation, etc. which forms the bottleneck f restricting its sustainable development.
