摘　　要：绞股蓝已经成为当今的研究热点,本文系统论述了绞股蓝发展历史、种质资源、生物学特性、化学成分和应用方面的研究内容和成果,并对绞股蓝的发展进行展望,为绞股蓝的进一步开发提供科学依据和理论指导。The current study was focused on Gynostemma pentaphyllum（Thunb） Makino.This article introduced the research contents and achievements,containing developing history,resources and biological characters,chemical components and application of Gynostemma pentaphyllum,and the development of Gynostemma pentaphyllum has been anticipated as well.These all provided the scientific basis and theory for the utilization of the Gynostemma pentaphyllum.
