摘　　要：比较系统地介绍了国家重点实验室的开放制度和评估制度,以20多年的统计数据为基础,客观回顾和评价了国家重点实验室的开放制度和评估制度对于部门实验室建设发挥的重要推动作用。This article introduces systematically the openness and evaluation systems of the state key laboratory, and reviews and evaluates objectively the important promotive effect of openness and evaluation systems of the state key laboratory on the construction of the department laboratory on basis of the statistic data of the state key laboratory in the past 20 years.
