摘　　要：介绍了北京化工大学运用系统工程理论和相关技术方法,对高校大型精密仪器管理进行深入分析研究,在管理实践中开启新思路、追求最优化管理的做法和体会,内容涉及管理架构、目标管理、资源配置、内外部环境、绩效考核和信息集成等。Applying the systemic engineering theory and technology on the study of universities＇ precision instruments and equipment can facilitate the improvement of their use benefit. This paper mainly introduces the practice and experience of Beijing University of Chemical Technology of their new management method.
