美日韩中学体育教师培养制度比较研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、比较研究法等方法,对美国、日本、韩国等三国中学体育教师培养机构、学制与学分、课程设置、教育实习和毕业条件等方面进行比较研究,辨析其特点与优势。在世界教育发展与改革的大背景下,为我国体育教师培养制度的深化改革与完善提供借鉴和参考的价值。Using literature, comparative method and so on, compared training institutions, academic and credits, curriculum, teaching practice and Requirement for Graduation of the US-Japan and South Korea on physical education middle school teachers, analyzing their characteristics and advantages. Against the background of Education development and reform in the world, to provide reference for China＇s deepen reform and improving of the Physical Education Teacher Cultivating system.
