湖南省高校大学生心理压力感差异的比较

摘　　要：借助《大学生心理压力感量表》对湖南省22所高校高校大学生进行调查,发现湖南省高校大学生总体心理压力感处于较低压力水平;男生的总体压力感、个人自身心理压力感、社会环境压力感都非常显著地高于女生;大四学生心理压力感压力最大,其次是大二年级学生;不同类型高校大学生心理压力感的差异仅表现在恋爱压力和自卑压力两个因子上;不同专业大学生心理压力感在社会环境心理压力感上存在显著差异,理工科在社会环境压力、适应压力、择业压力、情绪压力方面高于其他专业学生;农村来源大学生的个人自身心理压力感高于城镇来源大学生。Based on the Thermometer for Psychological Pressure of University Students, a survey of the university students from 22 universities in Hunan Province has been conducted and the conclusions are as follows： generally, the students＇ ability to resist psychological pressure is at a relatively low level. Male students are more sensitive than female ones in terms of general stress, personal psychological stress and social and environmental stress; students in the fourth year have the biggest pressure, followed by students in the second year; minor differences only lie in stress of love and sense of inferiority between students from different types of universities; students of different majors have different sense of social and environmental stress; students in science and engineering are more capable to resist social and environmental stress, adaptable stress, emotional stress and stress of employment than that in other majors. Furthermore, students from rural areas suffer more from personal psychological pressure than those from urban areas.
