摘　　要：关天经济区建设的推进与发展,为高校融入经济区建设加快科技成果转化,提供了难得的机遇。本文结合高校科技管理工作实践,分析了现阶段高校科技成果转化的现状以及成果转化中存在的一些现实问题。这些问题将阻碍科技成果转化的健康开展,影响高校科技优势在关天经济区建设中的发挥。提出了只有在政府、高校、企业共同努力下,不断强化科技创新意识,使科技与经济融为一体。不断完善科技成果转化的法律法规机制、市场运作下的校企合作机制,科技成果的转化才能持续有效地发展下去。Advancing and developing the construction of Guantian economic zone provides a rare opportunity for the universities to intergrate into the construction of economic zone and accelerate the conversion of scientific achievement.Based on the practice of scientific administration in universities,this paper analyzes the present situation and the existenting problems of the conversion of scientific achievement in universities.These problems could prevent universities from giving full play to their role in the construction of Guantian economic zone.The conversion of scientific achievement will develop continuously and effectively by the following ways：the joint effort of governments,universities and enterprises;strengthening the scientific innovation conciousness unceasingly;combining technology and economy together;improving the legal system of the conversion of scientific achievement;improving the cooperation mechanism of universities and enterprises.
