摘　　要：探索和实践专业人才培养方案是新时期高职院校改革和创新的重要内容。借鉴我院软件专业示范性建设期间的成功做法,通过大量的市场调研,采用倒推理论,根据市场需求和岗位能力要求,构建专业核心课程体系,并将职业素养的培养贯穿整个人才培养方案的全过程,实现了高技能人才的全面发展,并在新专业的建设和办学过程中积累了宝贵经验。Explore and practice new era of professional training programs are vocational schools an important part of the reform and innovation. Learn professional demonstration of the software during the construction of successful practices, through a lot of market research, used to push down the theory, according to market demand and job competencies, build professional core curriculum, and professionalism of the training program throughout the entire process of personnel training to achieve the comprehensive development of highly skilled, professional building and the new school in the process gained valuable experience.
