油茶果采摘机物料收集装置的选型研究与设计

摘　　要：随着油茶品种的优化和种植的规范化,油茶果机械化采摘成为必然,研制油茶果采摘机成为林业机械的一个新领域。油茶果收集装置是油茶果采摘机的重要组成部分之一。在实验的基础上,对3种物料收集输送方式:螺旋输送、正压气力输送和负压气力输送进行了分析比较,确定负压收集输送方式为油茶果采摘机的物料收集装置。Oil tree is an important economic plant,also an important source of edible oil in China.With oil tea variety optimized and standardization of planting,the mechanization of harvesting fruits of oil tea become a new area of forestry machinery,the materials collection device is an important part of oil tea fruits picking machine.A collection and conveying device driven by pneumatic vacuum pressure has been decided on the basis of analyzing and comparing the three kinds of materials collection devices such as conveying the material s by helix,positive pneumatic pressure and vacuum pneumatic pressure.
