摘　　要：软件测试性是在测试过程中发现缺陷能力的度量指标。基于缺陷导致失效的机理,通过对主要的测试性评估方法分析和研究,总结出一套有实用价值的基于失效机理的软件测试性评估方法,并提出了该方法在软件度量和软件质量改善两个方面的应用前景。Software testability is the measurement of the ability of default detection in software testing. Main methods of software testability evaluation are analyzed and studied. A set of practicable method is summarized based on the mechanism of the transform from defect to failure. The applications of this method in software measurements and software quality improvements are proposed in the end.
