摘　　要：文章针对传统图文档管理系统在产品开发过程管理的不足,提出了融合项目开发过程的图文档管理软件系统。开发了系统的项目管理模块、工作流程管理模块、图文档管理模块、产品配置模块、编码管理模块、用户管理模块等功能模块,用于管理中小型企业分散存储的图文档技术资料,并管理项目开发的进程。应用结果表明,该系统可以有效地提高产品数据管理的效率。Aiming at the shortcomings of lacking project development process management in traditional drawing management system, a new drawing management system merging with project development process was proposed. The system developed the project management module, workflow management module, document management module, product config- uration module, coding management module and user management module. They were used to manage a large number of drawings documents and information saved by small and medium-sized enterprises dispersedly. The application result shows that the system can efficiently improve the enterprises＇ product data management.
