MRI对颅内生殖细胞瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:分析总结颅内生殖细胞瘤的MRI表现特征,提高对其的认识。方法:分析了12例颅内生殖细胞瘤的MRI。结果:肿瘤12例中9例为类圆形;10例边界清楚,没有脂肪信号;9例有大小不等囊变,囊变散在分布;肿瘤实质部分T1WI以低信号为主,T2WI等信号或稍高信号,增强扫描肿瘤实质部分明显强化;大部分肿瘤周围脑组织轻中度水肿;肿瘤的占位效应较轻。结论:MRI对颅内生殖细胞瘤有一定诊断价值。Objective：To analyse the MRI features of intracranial germinoma so as to improve the diagnosis of this disease.Methods：12 cases of germinoma verified by operation and pathology were reviewed and analyzed.All cases underwent plain and contrast-enhanced MRI,the fat restrained sequence was performed if necessary.Results：On T2WI,the lesions were showed isointense singal or slightly hyperintense singal.On T1WI,the lesions were showed isointense singal or slightly hypointense singal.After Gd-DTPA administration,the solid part showed homogeneous enhancement,while,cystic part was not enhanced.Conclusion：MRI can detect the lesion clearly and should be the first choice in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intracranial germinoma.
