摘　　要：目的 转化生长因子α（TGF-α）是细胞因子家族中发现较早的一类生长因子,参与调节正常细胞和肿瘤细胞生长和分化促进细胞内DNA合成,可致细胞恶性变.本研究通过检测结肠癌患者组织中TGF-α的表达,旨在探讨TGF-α在结肠癌组织中的表达与结肠癌临床治疗的关系.方法 选取本院2005年9月~2010年9月手术切除后的结肠癌组织石蜡标本60例,选取结肠镜下慢性结肠炎活检标本60例作为对照.两批标本均进行连续切片并行免疫组织化学染色检测TGF-α.用SPSS 11.5统计软件进行数据处理,P〈0.05为有统计学意义.结果 TGF-α在慢性结肠炎组不表达,在60例结肠癌中共43例阳性表达,阳性率为71.6%,结肠癌组织的阳性率明显高于慢性结肠炎组织,两者比较差异有统计学意义.TGF-α在结肠癌组织中的表达与结肠癌的临床病理分期密切相关.结论 TGF-α在结肠癌发生发展中起重要作用,参与了结肠癌的形成,且与结肠癌的侵袭、转移及预后密切相关.对评价结肠癌的进展程度、有无转移和预后有一定的参考价值,为治疗方案的选择提供了临床依据.Objective Transforming growth factor α （TGF - α） was a cytokine family discovered a class of early growth factors involved in regulating normal cell and tumor cell growth and differentiation to promote cell DNA synthesis, could cause malignant change. The detection of colon cancer tissue by TGF - α expression, to investigate the TGF - α expression in colon cancer and the relationship between the clinical treatment of colon cancer. Methods Shandong Changyi People＇s Hospi- tal ;2005.9 - 2010.9 of colon cancer after surgical resection specimens of 60 cases of paraffin, selected colonoscopy biopsy specimens of 60 cases of chronic colitis as controls. Two groups of specimens were examined for both parallel immunohisto- chemical staining TGF - α. SPSSI 1.5 statistical software with data processing, P 〈 0.05 was considered statistically signifi- cant. Results TGF - α was not expressed in the chronic colitis group ,60 cases of colon cancer in 31 patients with positive expression of the CPC, the positive rate was 71.6%, colon cancer tissue were significantly higher than that of chronic colitis, the difference was statistically Significance. And TGF-α expression in colon cancer and colon cancer are closely related to clinical staging. Conclusion TGF - α in the development of colon cancer play an important role in the formation of colon cancer and colon cancer invasion, metastasis and prognosis of relations. Evaluation of the extent of the progress of colon cancer, metastasis and prognosis of some reference value for the choice of treatment provides a clinical basis.
