陈业强教授临证应用白芍经验探析

摘　　要：通过对陈业强教授临证医案的探析,而总结其应用白芍的学术思想与经验。在根本于中医阴阳五行学说,以五脏相关理论为指导,从整体观出发,以辨证论治为基础,利用白芍之功全在平肝,可助肝主疏泄、藏血之功能,通过恰当的配伍,发挥白芍的功效,扩大其临床应用。To sum up Professor CHEN Ye-qiang＇s academic thought and experience on clinical application of shaoyao through the analysis on his clinical cases.Based on the concept of holism and syndrome differentiation,yin-yang theory and five elements theory as the root and five zang-organs relevant theories as the guidance,the function of suppressing liver on baishao was used to help with smoothing flow of qi and storing blood in liver and its effects and clinical application were enlarged by suitable compatibility.
