《局方发挥》辨证论治精神之管见

摘　　要：朱丹溪《局方发挥》一书,重视察病情,强调辨病机;批评《局方》制方以俟病是理法方药脱节,痛斥当时社会不研求医理、墨守《局方》、滥用成药的风气;推崇仲景因病以制方的圆机活法。书中字里行间蕴藏着辨证论治精神,对现代中医临床的具有重要的指导意义。The book Jufang Fahui of which the author is ZHU Dan-xi,pays special attention to the patients＇ conditions,and emphasizes the importance of distinguishing the pathogenesis,at the same time,ZHU Dan-xi criticized the behavior of giving a prescription first and then waiting for the diseases appeared,he regarded that behavior was disconnecting the reason,the method,the prescription,and the medicine,sharply denounced the atmosphere of not treating the reason of diseases seriously,sticking to the conventions of Jufang,and abusing the medicine.ZHU Dan-xi advocated the flexible drug use of ZHANG Zhong-jing.The lines of this book contains the spirit of syndrome differentiation and treatment,it has the guiding significance for our modern traditional clinical medicine practice.
