平衡针加中医情志疗法在癔症性换气过度综合征急救中的体会

摘　　要：目的:观察平衡针加中医情志疗法在癔症性换气过度综合征急救中的临床疗效和护理体会。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组40例应用平衡针加中医情志疗法治疗,对照组40例患者应用面罩吸氧和0.9%生理盐水500mL中静脉点滴治疗。结果:总有效率观察组为95.0%,对照组为75%。两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:平衡针加中医情志疗法在癔症性换气过度综合征急救中效果明显,值得临床推广。Objective：Observation clinical efficacy and nursing experience in first aid of therapy the hysterical hyperventilation syndrome with balance pin combined with seven emotional therapy of TCM.Methods：Eighty patients random divided into the observation group and the therapy group,forty patients in observation group were used balance pin combined with seven emotional therapy of TCM,and the other forty patients in control group were used mask oxygen inhalation and Intravenous infusion of physiological saline.Results：Total efficiency in observation group was 95.0%,and the control group was 75%,comparison of the two groups had the significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Obvious effect in first aid of therapy the hysterical hyperventilation syndrome with balance pin combined with seven emotional therapy of TCM,worthy of clinical application.
