摘　　要：[目的]用由桑枝和蚕沙组成的培养基培养平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus),并分析平菇的营养成分,研究以桑枝和蚕沙为生产平菇培养基配料时对平菇营养成分的作用效果,探讨最佳的培养基配方。[方法]以11个不同比例的桑枝和蚕沙等基质组成的培养基生产平菇,并测定平菇的含水量、总干重及灰分、总糖、脂肪、蛋白质含量。[结果]桑枝和蚕沙能明显提高平菇总糖和蛋白质含量,且在其余指标上与玉米芯、棉籽和麦麸的效果相仿。[结论]该研究可以为蚕桑资源的高效开发与利用提供参考,为蚕农增收提供科学依据。[Objective] The aim was to analyze the nutritional compositions of P.ostreatus cultivated in medium contained silkworm excrement and mulberry twig,study the effects of different media on nutritional compositions of edible fungi,discuss the best medium formula.[Method] 11 kinds of media contained different proportions of silkworm excrement and mulberry twig were used to cultivate P.ostreatus,and determined its water content,total dry weight,ash content,total sugar content,fat content and protein content.[Result] Silkworm excrement and mulberry twig could significantly improve total sugar and protein content of P.ostreatus,and the effects showed by the other indices were similar to that of corncob,cottonseed and wheat bran.[Conclusion] The study provides a reference for efficiency development and utilization of sericultural resources,provides a scientific basis for raising income of silkworm raiser.
