摘　　要：WASP是美国环保局(EPA)推荐使用的水质模型,经过30余年的发展和更新,至今已升级到WASP7版本,多年来一直被广泛地应用于各种水体的DO、细菌、富营养化、悬浮固体颗粒、有毒物质等水环境问题的研究。介绍了WASP发展历史的同时,探讨了国内外WASP研究和应用工作的异同及发展趋势。WASP is water quality model recommended by the United States Environmental Protection Agency（EPA）.After more than thirty years of development and updating,WASP has been upgraded to WASP7 version,and widely used in the study of various water bodies of the DO,bacteria,eutrophication,suspended solids,toxic substances and other water environmental problems.The historical development of WASP was introduced,and the similarities and differences about the study in domestic and abroad were discussed,finally,the trends of research and application in the future were explored.
