84m氦氧潜水训练前后潜水员心理健康状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的对84m氦氧潜水训练的潜水员进行心理健康调查分析。方法使用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和症状自评量表（SCL-90），对某部队84m氦氧潜水训练中15名实际潜水员和15名候补潜水员在潜水训练开始时和结束时各进行1次问卷调查，对量表测得的结果进行分析。结果与潜水开始前相比，实际潜水组SAS和SDS的标准分以及SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数显著降低（P〈0．05）；候补潜水组SCL-90总分、总均分、人际关系敏感、焦虑和精神病性的因子分显著降低（P〈0．05）。结论84m氦氧潜水训练结束时与开始前相比，实际潜水组相关的负性情绪和候补潜水组的不适感体验均有减轻。Objective To investigate and analyze the mental health of divers before and after the 84 m heliox dive training. Methods Questionnaire surveys, including self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） , self-rating depression scale （SDS） and symptom check list-90 （SCL-90） were conducted among the 30 trainees, 15 of whom participated the actual underwater operation and the rest were standbys, both immediately before and after termination of the 84 m heliox dive training, and then analysis were made. Results For the practical diving team, when compared with those before the dive, the standard scores of SAS and SDS, and total scores, total average scores of SCL-90 and the number of positive items all decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , while for the standby dive team, total scores and total average scores of SCL-90, scores of interpersonal relationship, anxiety and psychogenic factors decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Negative emotion related to the mental health of the practical divers and uncomfortable feeling experienced by the standby divers all alleviated, when a comparison was made between the data obtained at the end of the 84 m heliox dive training and those obtained before dive.
