摘　　要：介绍了上海东方肝胆外科医院近年来在进修生教学方面的探索与经验。主要包括:开展门诊教学,弥补单纯病房教学模式的不足;加强循证医学教育,适应新的医学模式发展;充分利用数字化多媒体等现代化教学手段,提高教学效果;与其他继续医学教育形式配合,促进进修效果的巩固与提高;开展临床科研技能培训,提高科研能力及素质等。实践应用证明上述措施对提高肝胆专科医院进修生的教学质量具有重要意义。This article describes the exploration and experience of improving the quality of teaching physicians receiving clinical refresher training in Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital in recent years.These measures include carrying out out-patient clinical practice teaching to make up the deficiencies of simple ward teaching mode,strengthening the education of evidence-based medicine to adapt to development of the new medical model,making full use of modern means of teaching including digital multimedia to improve teaching effectiveness,combining with other forms of continuing education to promote the consolidation and enhancement of learning effects,and carrying out clinical research skills training to improve research ability and quality.Our practice shows that these measures can help improve the quality of teaching physicians receiving clinical refresher training.
