摘  要:目的:探讨术前三维模拟技术在游离腓骨瓣修复下颌骨缺损中的临床应用价值。方法:对12例因下颌骨肿瘤需行下颌骨切除术的患者,利用腓骨瓣或腓骨肌皮瓣修复,术前应用三维重建软件对患者进行模拟手术。同时进行三维原型实体模型制作,临床手术中根据模型塑形腓骨。结果:术前三维模拟腓骨重建下颌骨缺损手术与临床术中所见及操作一致。术后患者面部外形满意。结论:术前应用三维模拟技术可充分评估患者下颌骨肿瘤的切除范围,详细了解腓骨及腓血管的情况,再结合快速原型技术,不仅为临床手术节省了时间,也提高了手术精确性。Objective: To investigate the effects of three-dimensional virtual technology in the reconstruction of mandibular defect by vascularised fibular flap.Methods: The mandibular defects of twelve patients suffering from mandibular tumor were simulated by three-dimensional virtual technology with software SimPlant Pro version 11.04 before operation of free vascularised fibular myocutaneous flap transplantation,rapid prototyping technique was applied to build individual mandibular model which was used to shape the fibular flap for transplantation.Results: The clinical surgery procedure and the grafts were coincidence with those prepared by the three-dimensional virtual technology before operation.Satisfactory aesthetic results with good facial contour were obtained in all patients.Conclusion: Three-dimensional virtual technology is feasible in reconstruction of mandibular defect with vascularised fibular flap.
