牙齿重度磨耗对息止间隙的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究牙齿重度磨耗对息止间隙的影响。方法:采用下颌运动轨迹描记仪,记录30例中老年重度牙齿磨耗患者的息止间隙,并以8例正常的息止间隙作为对照。结果:下颌由姿势位闭合至牙尖交错位,Ⅰ型磨耗患者下颌多向后移,Ⅱ、Ⅲ型磨耗患者下颌多向侧移;磨耗患者开闭口运动轨迹重复性差;ICP的稳定性显著下降。息止间隙增大,其中Ⅰ、Ⅲ组息止间隙显著大于对照组,Ⅱ组有增加的趋势。结论:严重磨耗导致异常的息止间隙。Objective： To study the influence of severe tooth wear on the freeway space.Methods： K6-Ⅰ mandibular kinesiography（MKG）was used to record the movements of mandibular incisal point in 30 patients with severe tooth wear,8 healthy subjects were served as the controls.Results： In the cases with model Ⅰ tooth wear mandible showed a posterior displacement when closing from mandibular postural position（MPP）to intercuspal position（ICP）,in those with model Ⅱ and Ⅲ tooth wear mandible showed a lateral displacement.In the tooth wear patients opening-closing trajectory reappearance and ICP stability were poor,the freeway space increased especially in model Ⅰ or Ⅲ patients.Conclusion： Severe tooth wear leads to abnormal freeway space.
