硅橡胶外衬即刻阻塞器在单侧上颌骨缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：选择11例单侧上颌骨缺损患者随机分为对照组A(n=4)和试验组B(n=7),对A组患者采用聚甲基丙烯酸酯制作传统硬质阻塞器,对B组患者采用在硬质阻塞器组织面衬垫硅橡胶制作即刻阻塞器。1个月后复诊分别从患者满意度、口鼻腔封闭密合度、语音清晰度方面比较2组的临床效果。结果表明B组在上述三方面均优于A组,提高了上颌骨缺损患者的生存质量。11 patients with single maxillary defects were randomly divided into control group（A,n=4） and test group（B,n=7）.Patients in group A were treated with traditional hard resin obturator made of poly methyl methacrylate（PMMA）,those in group B with immediate obturator made of thin silicone layer over resin frame.Satisfaction（PS）,oronasal seal（OS） and speech intelligibility（SI） of the patients were measured respectively 1 month after treatment.The silicone over-lining immediate obturator obtained higher PS improved OS,SI and life quality more than PMMA obturator.
