江苏省启东市1974年—2010年眼恶性肿瘤病死资料分析

摘　　要：目的:分析江苏省启东市1974年—2010年的眼恶性肿瘤死亡病例特征,为眼恶性肿瘤的防治提供依据。方法:分析江苏省启东市1974年—2010年眼恶性肿瘤死亡病例资料,比较不同性别、年龄、年代的眼恶性肿瘤死亡率。结果:37年间共登记经核实的眼恶性肿瘤死亡病例43例,其中男性24例,女性19例。死亡率约为0.1/10万;男性与女性死亡率比较无显著差异;0岁组和70岁以上组死亡例数较多;上世纪70年代以来,死亡数略下降。结论:眼恶性肿瘤死亡病例主要为儿童和老年,应针对高发年龄组采取积极防治措施。Objective：To analyze death eases of eye malignant tumor from 1974 to 2010 in Qidong city and to optimize the strategy of prevention and cure. Methods： Retrospective analysis was performed based on the epidemiological data of eye malignant tumor death cases from 1974 to 2010 in Qidong city. Results： Total number of death was 43, crude morality was 0. 1/ 100 000 approximately, the difference between male and female was not significant, infant and elder group is more likely suffered compared with other groups. Since 70th last century, the mortality is consistent. Conclusions： Although mortality was lower, we should enhance our work in the prevention and control of eye malignant tumor, especially in infancy and elder people.
