摘　　要：目的:分析2008年-2010年台州市食源性副溶血性弧菌的主要毒力基因分布情况及分子分型特征,为建立台州市副溶血性弧菌的DNA指纹图谱数据库提供基础。方法:利用PCR方法对52株食源性副溶血性弧菌检测主要毒力基因(tdh、trh、tlh、ureC、T3SS-2(vscC2、vcrD2)),并用PFGE分析部分菌株的基因分型特征。结果:在52株食源性副溶血性弧菌中检出同时携带tdh基因和vscC2基因1株;25株菌被分为25种PFGE图谱,聚类分析显示菌株间呈现明显多态性。结论:台州市食源性副溶血性弧菌主要毒力基因携带率低,菌株间基因呈多态性,没有发现优势菌群,提示本地食品中副溶血性弧菌不存在流行趋势。Objective：To study virulent genes distribution and molecular typing characteristics of V.parahaemolyticus isolates in Taizhou during 2008-2010,and provide basis for establishing DNA fingerprint mapping database of V.parahaemolyticus in Taizhou.Methods： Major virulence genes such as tdh,trh,tlh,ureC and T3SS-2（vscC2,vcrD2）were detected from the 52 strains using PCR methods,and some strains were analyzed for molecular typing by PFGE.Results： The genes tdh and vscC2 were detected only in the same one of 52 strains retained.There were 25 distractive PFGE patterns among the 25 strains,and cluster analysis showed morphology of the strains were completely different.Conclusion： This study reveals that V.parahaemolyticus isolates has low carrier rate of main virulence genes in Taizhou area,the polymorphism was found among the test strains and no dominant flora was found.All these showed that there was no prevalent trend of V.parahaemolyticus in local food of Taizhou.
