摘　　要：结合当前武警院校数字化校园建设的实际情况，阐述了如何依据当前先进的URP理论进行武警院校数字化校园建设。根据数字化校园建设实践，提出了一套武警院校建设数字化校园的解决方案。This paper, in accordance with the practical conditions of the construction of digital campus of CAPF （Chinese Armed Police Force） colleges, explores the ways in which the URP theory can be applied in this area. Taking the construction of digital campus of Institute of Political Sciences, Shanghai, CAPF as an example, this paper proposes a whole solution to the construction of digital campus of CAPF colleges.
