摘  要:以室内车辙试验作为基本试验方法,引入综合稳定指数C作为评价指标,对PE-Y改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性进行了研究。试验结果表明,掺加PE-Y抗车辙剂后,对提高紧密骨架密实结构沥青混合料的高温稳定性效果显著,SK90#基质沥青的自身品质及其与PE-Y抗车辙剂的搭配组合效果最好。PE-Y变形体的加筋嵌挤、胶粘作用对提高混合料的高温稳定性效果十分显著,即便在很高的温度条件下,PE-Y变形体交织搭桥形成的空间网络结构仍然能够发挥作用;而且能够降低沥青混合料的水敏感性,使得混合料在荷载、高温和水耦合作用的严酷条件下,仍然具有较强的抵抗永久变形的能力。Rutting tests in the laboratory was carried out as the basic test methods and Complex Stability Index was first in- troduced as a comprehensive evaluation to PE-Y modified asphalt in high-temperature performance. The test results show that:By adding PE-Y anti-rutting agent,the effect to improve close skeleton close-grained structure asphalt mixture in high-temperature performance is remarkable. The own quality of SK90 matrix asphalt and the tie-in combination between asphalt and PE-Y anti- rutting agent are best. The reinforcement embedded crowded and the rubber adhesion performance of the PE-Y deformation is effective. Even in high temperature conditions,the deformation of the formation of the bypass interwoven space network structure still nlay a role. And it can reduce the asphalt mixture of water sensitivity,making the bituminous mixture in the harsh conditions coupled heat and water, still has a strong ability to resist permanent deformation.
