摘  要:建立了一种测定牛肉中三聚氰胺的残留量的高效液相色谱法。样品中加入三氯乙酸作为提取溶剂,乙酸铅沉淀蛋白,过混合阳离子交换柱净化,残留物用流动相定容,高效液相色谱二极管检测器测定,外标法定量。结果表明,三聚氰胺的检出限为0.2mg/kg,平均回收率在72%~85%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of melamine reslaues m oeeI was developed. Trichloroacetic acid was added in the sample as extraction solvent and lead acetate was used for depositing protein. The solution was purified through a PCX cation exchange column and the residues were dissolved in mobile phase to a stated volume. The detection was performed by a diode detector and quantitation was realised by external standard method. Under the selected conditions, the detection limit was 0.2mg/kg, the average recoveries were 72-85%, and the RSD was less than 5%.
