摘　　要：对图书馆与档案馆的网络参考咨询现状进行了总结,通过比较图书馆与档案馆网络参考咨询服务的异同,借鉴图书馆网络参考咨询服务的一些经验,对档案馆网络参考咨询服务工作提出了一些建议。This paper sums up the present situation of the reference services of libraries and archives,and through comparing the similarities and differences between the reference services of libraries and archives,borrows some experiences from the reference services of libraries,and puts forward some suggestions on the reference services of archives.
