摘　　要：主要阐述了化妆品防腐剂的种类及其检测技术。简要介绍了防腐剂的作用机理和微生物使化妆品变质的原因。对常用化妆品防腐剂的种类和检测技术,如高效液相色谱、气相色谱、薄层色谱法和分光光度法等进行了重点论述。The application of preservatives in cosmetics and the detecting techniques were presented in this paper.The mechanism of preservatives and cosmetic deterioration caused by micro-organism was introduced briefly.Several methods including the high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）,gas chromatography（GC）,thin layer chromatography（TLC）and spectrophotometry method were reported for the determination of presvrevatives in cosmetics.
