摘  要:本文研究了冰温(0±1℃)对康氏粉蚧(Pseudococcus comstocki Kuwana)卵的存活和发育的影响,结果表明冰温不仅对卵有一定的致死作用,同时延迟其发育。冰温处理时间越长,卵的死亡率越高,累计孵化率降低,但处理14d以下的,各相邻处理间差异不明显;处理21和28d时,死亡率增加至51.6%和66.2%,孵化率降低至48.4%和33.8%,与其他处理差异极显著。冰温处理抑制卵的发育活性,冰温处理37、1、42、1和28d卵的平均发育历期分别为26.343、4.044、2.334、9.36和50.70d,显著滞后于未经冰温处理的。Ice temperature effects on eggs of the mealybug(Pseudococcus comstocki Kuwana) were investigated.Ice temperature(0±1℃) could induce some lethal death or development delay of the mealybug's egg.With the time exposing to Ice temperature was extending,the egg mortality went up and the hatching rate down.The statistics result showed that no any difference existed between any closer two treatments when cold exposing time was less than 14 days,but when cold exposing time was extending to 21 or 28 days,the rate of egg mortality was rising to 51.6% and 66.2%,respectively and hatching rate to 48.4% or 33.8%,less than half of one of blank control(no Ice temperature exposing treatment),which were also significant difference from ones of the other treatments.In the other hand,Ice temperature condition could greatly inhibit the activity of eggs growth.The average development time of the egg was 26.34,34.04,42.33,49.36 and 50.70 days separately by cold exposing 3,7,14,21 and 28 days that was most visibly retarding than one of blank control.
