术中皮层脑电图监测下癫痫手术21例治疗分析

摘　　要：目的对手术中皮层脑电图监测下癫痫手术的治疗效果进行观察和评估。方法对术中皮层脑电图监测下手术治疗21例癫痫患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果本组患者的手术基本上比较顺利,无死亡现象出现,在术后随访10个月～3年中,术后癫痫没有发作的占52.4%,术后仅有先兆发作的占19.0%,发作次数得到减少或者发作的形式发生改变的占23.8%,术后无效的占4.8%。结论对于癫痫手术来说,应用皮层脑电图监测系统来实施手术能够显著减少手术并发症,使手术效果提高。Objective To monitor cortical EEG under treatment for epilepsy surgery,observation and assessment. Methods Intraoperative cortical EEG monitoring under treatment of 21 cases of epilepsy surgery patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The comparison group of patients surgery was basically smooth,no death phenomenon in the postoperative follow-up 10 months to 5 years and postoperative epileptic seizures were not 52.4%,only after the onset of aura 19.0%,the number of attacks was reduced or changed form of attack 23.8%, 4.8% after invalid. Conclusion For epilepsy surgery,the application of cortical EEG monitoring system to implement the surgery can significantly reduce surgical complications,the surgical results improved.
