玻璃体手术治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变24例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃体手术治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法回顾性分析24例(25眼)增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者行玻璃体手术的临床资料,其中:12眼行硅油填充,6眼行巩膜外冷凝2,4眼行视网膜光凝1,0眼行晶状体切除,2眼行眼内注气。结果术后随诊6～12个月,18眼视力有明显好转,6眼视力无变化1,眼视力变差。结论玻璃体切除手术能有效地治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变。Objective To discuss vitrectomy surgery for the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods To analyze the clinical data of 24 cases（25 eyes） of proliferative diabetic retinopathy which have undergone vitrectomy.12 eyes were filled with silicone oil,6 eyes combined with cryotherapy,24 eyes combined with photocoagulation,10 eyes combined with lensectomy,and 2 eyes with inert gas injection.Results The follow-up time is from 6 to 12 months postoperatively,visual acuity were improved noticeably in 18 eyes,no obvious change in 6 eyes,worse in 1 eye.Conclusion Vitrectomy surgery can be an effective method for the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
