摘　　要：成人肝脏未分化胚胎性肉瘤,临床极其罕见,容易误诊.随着影像诊断及肝脏外科的迅速发展,对其发现可能会有所增加,作者就经治的1例此病并复习文献加以讨论,以提高对本病的诊治.Undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver（UESL） is a rare disease that is easily misdiagnosed.Advances in diagnostic imaging and hepatic surgical technique have increased the detection rate of this disease.Here we report a case of UESL in adult and review the relevant literature focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease.
