先天性上唇重唇手术效果评价的质量分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨先天性上唇重唇手术效果的评价质量。方法:本研究按检索条件检索中国学术文献网络出版总库近十年手术治疗先天性上唇重唇中文文献,以符合本研究纳入条件的检索结果文献为研究对象。通过引用文献研究质量量规和设计利用手术效果评价质量量规(QESTS),评价文献手术效果评价的质量。结果:7篇文献全文符合纳入条件。研究对象的文献研究质量分值3篇为86%(3/7),3篇为71%(3/7),1篇为57%(1/7)。本研究的研究对象中,仅3篇手术方法目的与手术效果评价指标参数形成镜像关系;7篇文献手术效果评价指标参数类型均为主观定性;7篇文献手术效果评价量规均为临床视诊。结论:研究文献质量影响手术方法效果评价的质量。手术效果评价指标应规范并且细化评价指标。先天性上唇重唇手术治疗的效果评价亟待研究引入客观评价量规。Objective To investigate the quality of evaluation of the surgical techniques on congenital upper double lip.Methods The articles were retrieved from China Academic Journal Network Publishing Data Base（CAJD） based on the research strategy.Quality of the articles was estimated by the tool with six indicators.Quality of Evaluation of the Surgical Techniques Scale（QESTS） with four indicators was designed in our study.The goals of the surgical techniques reported by the articles retrieved and the essential elements involving evaluation of the surgical techniques were investigated.Results 7 articles met the inclusion criteria.The quality scores ranged from 57% to 86%.The indicators to the result of the surgical techniques reflected the indicators to the goals of the surgical techniques on Only 3 articles.The indicators to the goals of the surgical techniques all were subjective and qualitative.The measurement scale for evaluation of the surgical techniques all were clinical inspection.Conclusion The quality scores affected the quality of evaluation of the surgical techniques on congenital upper double lip.It seemed that the indicators to the result of the surgical techniques conform to the standard with the details of lip morphology.It is suggested that objective measurement scale for evaluation of the surgical techniques on congenital upper double lip be studied and introduced.
