Hawley保持器与透明压膜保持器保持效果的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察Hawley保持器与透明压膜保持器的临床应用效果。方法:将68例通过上下颌固定正畸矫治结束的病例随机分为Hawley保持器组与透明压膜保持器组,每组34例。所有患者在去除矫治器当天、治疗结束后6个月、治疗结束后12个月分别制取上下颌牙列印模。分别测量上下颌磨牙间宽度、尖牙间宽度、牙弓长度以及Little前牙不齐指数。结果:不同时间点两组间上下颌磨牙宽度、尖牙宽度、牙弓长度以及Little前牙不齐指数变化情况无统计学差异。结论:Hawley保持器与透明压膜保持器具有相同的保持效果,临床上应根据不同患者的不同情况灵活选择适宜的保持器。Objective To compare the effectiveness of vacuum-formed and Hawley retainers.Methods Sixty-eight patients who had received treatment with upper and lower fixed appliances were randomly assigned either a Hawley or a vacuum-formed retainer.Study models were fabricated for each patient on day of debond,6 months,and 12 months after debond.Four variables were measured,these were upper and lower intermolar widths,intercanine widths,arch length,and a modified Little＇s index of irregularity.Results For each of the variables under test and at each of the four time periods,there were no statistically significant differences（a =0.05） between each of the two retainers,vacuumformed and Hawley.Conclusion There is no statistical significant difference in the measured arch width,arch length,or Little＇s index over a 12-month period between Hawley and vacuum-formed retainers when worn full-time.Therefore other factors may be more important when deciding on the most appropriate form of retainer to be used.
