摘　　要：目的:探讨CO2弱激光局部照射减轻正畸治疗疼痛的临床效果。方法:选择60例固定矫治患者,激光照射组34例、对照组26例,使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价CO2激光局部照射在矫治初始弓丝放置后不同时间点患者的疼痛程度。结果:应用CO2弱激光局部照射组患者的正畸疼痛程度明显低于对照组患者。结论:CO2激光局部照射可以减轻固定矫治患者治疗过程中的疼痛。Objective To investigate the effect of local CO2 laser irradiation on orthodontic pain for the patients with first arch wires.Methods 60 patients wearing fixed appliance were included in this study,34 patients accepted local CO2 laser irradiation and 26 patients as a control group.Patients were then instructed to rate their levels of pain on a visual analog scale over time.Results The level of orthodontic pain in local CO2 laser irradiation group were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion Local CO2 laser irradiation will reduce pain associated with orthodontic force application.
