儿童前房积脓1例

摘　　要：患儿因右眼红伴畏光流泪3d就诊,查体主要见右眼前房积脓,入院诊断考虑为感染性眼内炎。急诊行右眼球探查及玻璃体腔注射抗生素抗感染治疗,并术后继续局部全身抗感染治疗,经治疗炎症得到控制。本病例前房积脓见于多种疾病,而年幼患者常难以提供准确病史,故为诊断增加难度。除需考虑感染性眼内炎外,还需考虑以前房积脓为主要表现的眼部伪装综合征。A 3-year-old girl visited EENT Hospital of Fudan University because of red-eye going with photopho- bia 3 days in her right eye. Slit-lamp examination revealed hypopyon in tile right eye, the main diagnose in this case was endophthalmitis. The surgetry of eye detection was performed immediately, and then vancomycin and ceftazidime were administered by intravitreal injection into the right. After operation, systemic apd topical anti-infeetive therapy was performed. Hypopyon is the common sign in the ophthalmology, the diagnose which we should consider not only was the infective endphthalmitis,but also the other diseases.
