摘　　要：目的:分析单侧唇裂术后唇红凹陷缺损的分类,探讨局部修复方法。方法:收集单侧唇裂术后继发唇红凹陷缺损患者112例,按照唇红凹陷缺损的程度及形状将其分类,并根据各型分类,利用上唇自身组织进行修复。结果:106例取得满意效果,6例较满意,无不满意病例。结论:单侧唇裂术后唇红凹陷缺损能通过上唇自身组织取得较好的局部修复效果,尽量避免运用邻近或远位组织修复,除非缺损较大。PURPOSE： To introduce local surgical treatment for vermilion depressed defects secondary to unilateral cleft lip repair depending on the classification.METHODS： One hundred and twelve patients with secondary vermilion depressed defects after unilateral cleft lip repair in our center were classified according to the extent and shapes of the defect,and repaired with different local methods using their own upper lip tissues.RESULTS： One hundred and six patients achieved satisfactory cosmetic outcome,6 cases achieved fair outcome,and none of them were dissatisfied with the outcome.CONCLUSION： Using own upper lip tissues to correct secondary vermilion depressed defects after unilateral cleft lip repair can achieve satisfactory results,and it is not necessary to repair the defects with adjacent or distant tissues,unless the patients have large defects.
