摘　　要：结核病在全球及我国广泛流行。本文通过讨论一位年轻女患者在含异烟肼的治疗结核性胸腔积液方案中，是否需加用VBν6，得出以下结论，临床药师发挥掌握丰富的药学基础知识及文献检索收集能力．以微见著，提高了医务工作者对异烟肼与VBν6之间相互作用的认识．且避免了该患者潜在的不良反应。Proton pump inhibitors longterm use increases risk of Pneumonia, diarrhea and fracture, and also can increase risk of Cardiovascular disease to combine with clopidogrel. We should control proton pump inhibitors indications of use strictly, and strengthen follow-up and monitoring for long-term medicating. Safty situation of proton pump inhibitors for long-term use was Evaluated.
