2011年深圳市部分养殖海产干制品化学性污染物残留的调查

摘  要:[目的]调查养殖海产干制品中有毒有害化学污染物的残留情况。[方法]2011年4~8月,对深圳市海产批发市场销售的海产干制品鱼类、甲壳类、软体类和海菜类共计20种样品中有害化学残留物Pb、As、Cd、Cr、Cu及农兽药庆大霉素、氯霉素、硝基呋喃、磺胺总量的污染状况进行分析检测。[结果]在海产干制品中有害元素残留量Cu最高(0.04~1.63mg/kg),As次之(0.08~0.35mg/kg),Cr最低(0.01~0.17mg/kg);农兽药残留均未检出。[结论]不同种类海产品对有害物质及农兽药的同化能力及累积作用差异较大。[Objective]To survey residues of hazardous chemical pollutants in the dry seafood products. [Methods]Of the city's large terminal market selling dried seafood such as fish, crustaceans, molluscs and sea vegetable species, a total of 20 samples of harmful chemical residues Pb,As,Cd,Cr,Cu,and pesticide and veterinary drug big celebration mycin,chloramphenicol,nitrofurans,sulfonamides analysis was made on total pollution detection. [Results]In the dried seafood products ,the residues of harmful elements the highest was Cu(0. 04-1. 85 mg/kg) ,followed by As(0.08 0.53 mg/kg) ,Cr minimum(0.01-0.17 mg/kg) ;no pesticide and veterinary drug residue was detected. [Conclusion]Different kinds of seafoods have significant difference in assimilation capacity and cumulative effect hazardous substances and veterinary drugs.
